To receive the ISSHA membership rate you must be a member or register as a member.
Please includes your
membership fee
in your registration and send it to 'HAG Services'
(the Agent
of Conference Administration). Participants can make your registration
fee
either by check/money order, Telegraphic Transfer or On-line credit
card.
All participants should fill in the registration form and send it back to the
secretariat.

Terms and Conditions.
1. For ISSHA Members and full Delegate, registration fee includes attendance
at all sessions,
a programme book, breakfasts,
lunches and coffee/tea breaks during the Conference
periods
and an electronic copy of Proceedings and all social programmes.
2.For students
including ISSHA member, registration fee includes attendance at all sessions,
a
programme
book, breakfasts, coffee/tea breaks during the Conference periods and
all social
programmes.
3. For Accompanying Persons Registration fee includes breakfast coffee/tea breaks during
the
Conference periods and all social programmes.
4. For Day Card Holders Registration fee s includes 1
breakfast, 1 l lunch, 1 coffee/tea break,
a programme
book and an electronic copy of Proceedings.
5. Other participants including students and accompanying persons, who would like
to join the lunch
will be charged HK$350.00/lunch.
6. Send all payment including registration fee and membership fee either
by on-line credit card or
by Money Order or through telegraphic transfer
to HAG Services (the Agent of Conference
Administration).
7. For payment by cheque/Money

11. Registration Cancellations on/before 15th Sept. 2008 are subject to a 50% refund of registration
fee.
Registration fee is forfeited for cancellations made after 15th Sept.
