Accommodations

The conference secretariat will assist participants in finding accommodation in a varied range of

hotels during the conference period. Detailed classification of the accommodations is shown below:

Participants who are staying at this hotel can take a taxi, which can accommodate up to a maximum 5 passengers and costs about HK$150.00, or a shuttle bus, which costs about HK$100.00, from the Airport to the hotel.
4 stars	Disney's Hollywood Hotel	HK$1060.00 ( with double beds and which can accommodate  up to a maximum 4 persons) Click here to download the form.	About 5 minutes walk to Conference Venue. Free shuttle buses also available from the Hotel to the Conference Venue.
3 stars	the City-View Hotel (YMCA)	HK$960.00 with 2 single beds and which can accommodate to maximum 2 persons) Click here to download the form	Located in Yau Ma Tei, Kowloon, which takes about 50 minutes ride to the Conference Venue. Shuttle buses will arrange for the participants where necessary and which will depart from 7:30 am every morning to the Conference venue. Return shuttle buses will be provided after the activities every day. Cost about HK$80.00/person

ROOM RESERVATION

All the above mentioned rates quoted in 2008-index, are per room, per night and are subject to 10% services

charge and subject to applicable tax, currently 3% excluding breakfast.   Please indicate your preferred price

level on the registration and participants are required to pay a non-refundable hotel deposit that is rate of one

room night accordingly.

 

All reservations for Guest Rooms must be reserved on or before August 31 2008  (the "Cut-Off Date"). 

Reservations received after the Cut-Off Date for Guest Room nights" within the Guest Room Block will be accepted

based on availability and subject to the prevailing rates. Attendees have to pay their own Guest Room rate charges,

taxes and incidental charges upon checkout.
